We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of FINANCIAL SERVICES SPECIALIST.

Principal responsibilities

• Support daily operation of New Business (Indexing, data capture, cool off cancel, admininstration etc.) within the committed service turn around time
• Data capture and verification of the insurance application
• Provide clerical support (e.g. report handling/prepare SMS and email to client/returned mail etc.)
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by requirement
• Handle enquiries from underwriters and colleagues from other departments

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT. Capability of workflow and procedure writer.
• Strong self-motivation and strong sense of responsibility and attentive to details
• Good analytical skills, together with the ability to support decisions with sound reasoning
• Problem solving skills with the ability to work independently and to the highest level of accuracy and accountability
• Ability to work under pressure, both autonomously and within

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
