We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of FINANCIAL SERVICES SPECIALIST - Group KYC WPB
Principal responsibilities
- Providing services for customer due diligence, including customer document review and verification, and data Analysis.
- Through Internal/External Communications to collect data and identify risk level.
- Establish and maintain effective relationship with customer business areas and identify areas of service improvements.
- Work is organized and processed / completed within agreed timescales. Ongoing monitoring and review of workflow and priorities are in accordance with procedures.

- 日常工作包括通过电话联系客户或相关部门获取资料信息,进行客户筛选及风险评估
- 建立与保持良好的客户关系并改善客户服务质素
- 按规定时间完成分配的任务,紧跟公司程序监控工作流程
Requirements
- College degree or above
- Ability to speak and understand Cantonese/English fluently, and have good conversational / telephone skills;
- Ability to operate system and know about MS Office,e.g. Excel
- Experience in customer request/queries is preferred.
- Be able to adapt to the rotating shift working environment, and working location in Foshan and Guangzhou.
- 大专或以上学历

- 良好的系统操作能力,懂得使用微软办公软件
- 有客服/销售相关工作经验者优先考虑
- 接受工作地点调配,包括东风西汇丰大厦/佛山千灯湖/太古汇。
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
