We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Finance Manager.

Principal responsibilities:

  • Cash Management (E-advice, bank statement, funding transfer, user administration in HSBCnet), perform bank reconciliation and related GL booking for MEC.
  • Fixed Asset (addition, disposal, deprecation checking, FA clearing checking, adjustment, run Reports).
  • Issue VAT invoices.
  • Cadency – co-ordination with Cadency team, respective account owners and In-country for timely signoff
  • Continuous review of processes with the objective of improving the service delivery timeframes and identify areas of improvement.
  • Other Ad hoc.

   

Requirements:

  • Academic knowledge on Finance, Accountancy, or related discipline.
  • Years experience in financial/accounting area.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong spreadsheet/word skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good at handling business relationships.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
