We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of ASSISTANT MANAGER, HK GBM ONBOARDING.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Coordinate and complete KYC, new client onboarding, new service/product onboarding, documentation, system maintenance and any other such activities related to new to bank client onboarding or existing to bank client’s requirements.
  • Oversee all onboarding for aligned portfolios.
  • Onboarding requests will be routed to CLM service centres where appropriate, or executed independently depending on task complexity.
  • Various regular and adhoc report generation and compilation.
  • New client on-boarding and new product on-boarding CDD client outreach, account opening, e-channel set-up.
  • Regulatory/Legal documentation execution and support: e.g. ISDA, FOL, ISA, NDA and FIEL, including customer outreach and system maintenance.
  • Review of various policies and procedures and ensure compliance within the team to any changes.
  • Log client compliants / feedback, track and ensure timely actions are taken by respective stakeholders.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and above, graduate in finance, accounting or related majors with minimum 3+ years of relevant Banking experience.
  • Native or equivalent Korea language skill with Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) certification and business level English (written and spoken).
  • Good commercial and financial management ability with a proven track record and experience in a shared service model.
  • Good understanding of the full investment banking value chain and the context within which CIB and other functional departments operate.
  • Good overall knowledge of the client interface, onboarding and associated processes (KYC and product enablement) within an investment bank.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain global and regional relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Working location at NHC (Negotiable).

 

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
