We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Wealth Operations Technical Officer on a full-time basis.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Wealth Operations Technical Officer to join our Wealth Operations Team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting customers, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure we deliver best-in-class solutions and maintain the highest standards of compliance and efficiency

In this role you will:

  • Handle day-to-day enquiries, associated with back-office processing, from our Global Operation Teams, resolving issues and seeking guidance when needed
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues and other teams within Wealth Operations.
  • Analyse & interpret data to identify process improvements
  • Adhere to all relevant risk and control frameworks and keep up to date with regulatory changes.
  • Support ad hoc regulatory and/or strategic projects

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in the day-to-day use of Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word
  • Experience in a regulated environment and knowledge of relevant regulations (CASS, ISA, COB) is desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • The ability to adopt a collaborative approach, supporting colleagues and encouraging teamwork
  • A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and customer outcomes
  • Knowledge of investment products and markets is advantageous
