We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager, Client Connectivity (Part-Time).
The role of a Project Manager in Client Connectivity is key to shaping global and local client relationships by managing multiple payments technical and liquidity projects to successful completion. You'll be at the forefront of onboarding clients onto HSBC’s channels and solutions, ensuring seamless transitions, driving satisfaction, and supporting excellence.

In this role you will:
- Project manage implementation of GPS solutions for Corporate, FIG and NBFI clients, working closely with key internal stakeholders (e.g. Coverage, Sales, Service, Product, Ops)
- Drive progress and timelines of projects to achieve optimal ‘time to revenue’ for the bank and to meet client expectations from a delivery standpoint
- Be up to date on product and technical developments to implement the most appropriate customer solution
- Engage with and build close working relationships with European and global colleagues in order to facilitate a seamless implementation process
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. ‘Implementation Manager or Project Manager’
- Proven experience of successful project management, utilising relevant tools and techniques to ensure consistent delivery
- Previous experience of delivering an excellent customer service
- Experience of using relevant software packages, i.e. Excel, Microsoft
- Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered
- Experience of creating and deploying comprehensive business/operating project plans which consistently deliver desired results
- Experience of building effective customer relationships which create customer advocacy
