The Sales Fulfilment Officer within the Digital Channel team is responsible for managing customer meetings through a structured contact plan, covering multiple products and propositions. The primary focus is to deliver high-quality service and achieve maximum customer satisfaction by identifying customer needs and providing effective solutions - resolving queries at first contact whenever possible.
This role requires regular travel across the UAE to meet customers in person, ensuring a personalized and professional experience. The officer takes ownership of customer interactions, conducting thorough research and follow-up as needed, or directing customers to the appropriate department for resolution. The officer is accountable to achieve individual sales KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer care.
A proactive approach, commitment to excellence, and ability to build strong customer relationships will be key to success in this dynamic and rewarding role.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and attend scheduled customer meet-ups at agreed locations across the UAE.
- Guide customers through the digital application process and address basic onboarding queries as required.
- Deliver a personalized and professional customer experience at every interaction.
- Take ownership of customer interactions, follow-up, or escalating to the appropriate department as needed.
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions, aiming to resolve queries at first contact.
- Collect all required customer documents as per the onboarding checklist.
- Verify customer identity and validate original document against onboarding requirements
- Ensure documents are correctly uploaded to complete the onboarding process.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Must be proficient in language(s) required by the process
- Must have a UAE approved driving license
- Open to working flexible shifting schedules and good time management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly for in-person customer meetings across the UAE.
- Must be flexible, customer centric and have the ability to thrive in a team environment seeking feedback and open to development
- Takes pride in delivering what is promised in line with the customer and service expectations
- Wants to do a good job, is concerned about getting it right for the customer and checks everything is in order
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment
- Proficiency with personal computers and basic software packages and specialised applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Displays patience and empathy
- A knowledge expert who has the ability to teach/mentor others
- A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE
