HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking is our global business providing products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans, instalment lending, mortgages and saving accounts, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking that best suit our customers’ needs.

Our unsecured lending business has plans to significantly grow our credit card, and instalment lending business with Emerging and Mass Affluent customers. A key part of this ambition is to drive instalment lending business.

In this role you will be:

  • To ensure that tasks are prioritized, processed & completed in accordance with procedures.
  • To provide a high-quality service, in line with procedures and compliance guidelines, to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by prompt and accurate processing of related documentation.
  • To strictly follow the Health, Safety, Fire & security instructions as laid down from time to time.
  • Knowledge and experience are shared with colleagues, providing assistance on referred/technical issues.
  • Manage the WPB updates on a weekly basis and take initiative to address any queries related to procedures.
  • Maintaining quality level while discounting the alerts and referrals.
  • Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
  • Adherence to SLA’s. Processing all transactions accurately received within cut-off times.
  • Ensure smooth running of section and an error free processing environment.
  • Process customer instructions as per target Productivity & Quality. Match the individual productivity and quality levels with centre target productivity and quality standards.
  • High quality of communication skills to communicate with internal customers.
  • Create a positive environment within the team. contribute towards the development of a professional and customer centric culture.
  • Support the department in the absence of teammates and deputize for the Support Manager in his/her absence to ensure the smooth running of the section.

 

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Graduation degree is REQUIRED – to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of Banking experience within risk & compliance / regulatory
  • Knowledge of various WPB lending products
  • Excellent communication and Analytical skills
  • Under the New Labour Law, only fixed term contracts shall be available to all employees of HSBC UAE (except DIFC and ADGM employees) – hence in line with the term of work permit, a 4 years’ contract would be issued.
