In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Drive sales and manage customer enquiries by executing a structured contact plan within the Outbound team, focusing on insurance products. 
  • Deliver exceptional service to maximise customer satisfaction by identifying needs and providing effective solutions.
  • Establish meaningful client relationships and facilitate their progression towards meetings with Financial Planning Managers.
  • Actively listen to customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Demonstrate ownership and initiative by conducting thorough research, following up with customers, or directing them to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Remain accountable for achieving individual Key Performance Indicators, while upholding quality standards and ensuring compliance.

 

 

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Graduation degree is a must to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
  • Strong experience in Outbound Sales especially with insurance products.
  • Proven experience selling to and working with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment is required
