You’ll coordinate governance and regulatory reporting including the annual outsourcing regulatory report to the Central Bank of the UAE.
Success means stakeholders have the right information at the right time by reporting that is streamlined, well-controlled and increasingly automated.
You’ll partner closely with country teams, Global Business and Function Third Party Leads, Country COOs and Service Companies (ServCos) to align inputs and convert insight into action.

- Managing the annual outsourcing regulatory report to the Central Bank of the UAE, sharing clear guidance on data requirements and submission timelines
- Own MI requests end-to-end, prioritising, quality-checking and delivering within agreed timescales
- Prepare clear reporting for senior stakeholders that highlights trends, risks, exceptions and required actions
- Evaluate Procurement data to identify trends, risk indicators, exceptions and improvement opportunities
- Monitor performance against agreed measures, service levels and risk indicators
- Strengthen data quality by identifying issues and partnering with data owners to resolve them at source while improving tools, templates and process documentation
What we're looking for
- A full-time graduation degree of at least three years is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. For degrees obtained outside the UAE, valid attestations and equivalency are also mandatory
- 1- 2 year experience in management information, analytics and reporting
- Application of strong Excel capability including pivot tables and data validation
- Experience using Power BI or similar tools, or bring equivalent demonstrable experience producing dashboards and analytics
- Experience in the management of multiple priorities to meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and quality
- Strong communication skills in order to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders to influence actions, resolve issues and escalate matters on risk indicators where needed
- Interpret billing, risk and performance information to produce practical insights for decision-making
- Improve reporting processes through automation opportunities, controls, documentation and stakeholder guidance
Procurement insight that moves decisions
This role sits at the centre of how Global Procurement in MENAT understands performance, risk and regulatory obligations. You’ll make it easier for stakeholders to act by providing reporting that is clear, trusted and consistent. You’ll also help streamline how MI is produced so the team can spend more time on insight and less time on manual consolidation. If shaping reporting and analytics that senior stakeholders rely on sounds like the right next step apply to join HSBC.
