This role is a key member of the Digital Channels team, reporting to the Digital Sales Manager, in WPB UAE and will be accountable for supporting the delivery of ambitious commercial growth in Digital performance, measured by the Digital KPIs, with a particular focus on: Pure Digital Sales; Assisted Digital Sales and Digital Revenue.

Own and deliver digital wealth cross-sale targets across Pure Digital, Assisted Digital and Digital Revenue, ensuring sustained growth in line with the region’s commercial ambitions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure meeting monthly and yearly digital wealth cross-sell targets
  • Continuously monitor performance of end-to-end customer journeys, analyzing funnel metrics and behavioral data to pinpoint conversion gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Lead digital acquisition initiatives across HSBC-owned channels (public websites, mobile and online banking) and through internal calling teams, ensuring cohesive, omni-channel campaigns.
  • Support on designing and executing optimization programs—including A/B and multivariate testing, personalization, real-time content targeting and journey re-engineering—to maximize conversion and revenue.
  • Benchmark competitors and global best practice to generate insight-led proposals that close conversion gaps and elevate customer experience.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders (Distribution, Products & Propositions, Marketing, Global teams, Digital Product, Data & Analytics) around clear commercial priorities, securing resources and buy-in for new programmes.
  • Identify risks, issues and dependencies, deploying mitigation strategies or escalating swiftly to protect customers, the bank and delivery timelines.
  • Champion our brand promise, ensuring every Wealth & Personal Banking digital experience is intuitive, secure and customer centric.

 Experience & Qualifications:

  • Graduation degree is REQUIRED– to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong skills on Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable outcomes.
  • Understanding or experience in investment/trading platforms and/or wealth solutions
  • Customer obsessed, results-based approach, able to deliver to deadlines.
  • Understanding and knowledge of owned-media advertising
  • Consumer financial services industry experience and strong understanding of Digital business, while experience with travel, lifestyle, and/or other consumer product development is a strong advantage.
  • Pragmatic decision-making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on a range of factors, for example commercials, risk, and customer experience determine the implications and make recommendations as needed.
  • A flexible approach to work and responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership / interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Understands how to navigate the matrix and drive integration opportunities
  • The role holder will be expected to build strong relationships across both global and local market teams.
