Some careers grow faster than others.

If you’re looking for further opportunities to develop your career, take the next step in fulfilling your potential right here at HSBC.

What you’ll do

You’ll be the go-to person for sales performance insights—building clear reporting, improving how we track activity, and helping leaders make confident, timely decisions.

You’ll work across teams and functions (WPB, Commercial, Private Bank, and network functions), gain exposure to regional priorities, and deliver insights that directly impact performance and customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver MI and performance reporting for UAE and MENAT leadership (regular packs, dashboards, and ad-hoc insights).
  • Provide high-quality data submissions to Group for standardized reporting and country comparisons.
  • Create Service Quality (SQ) and error-rate reporting to strengthen governance and continuous improvement.
  • Build a Sales Activity Tracking / Management System to monitor productivity, targets, enablers, achievements, and rankings.
  • Partner with Sales Managers and regional stakeholders to provide consistent insights that support customer engagement and business planning.
  • Lead projects end-to-end—from idea to delivery—improving processes and ensuring changes stick.
  • Write clear performance commentary for senior and Group reporting, aligning stakeholders to a single, consistent story (“one version of the truth”).
  • Maintain strong controls and monitoring to meet regulatory and internal operating requirements.

What you’ll bring

  • A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE).”
  • Strong skills in Excel and Power BI (or similar analytics tools).
  • Understanding of sales structures and incentive frameworks.
  • Experience supporting Sales Managers with queries on MI, incentives, and productivity.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills (turning numbers into actions).
  • Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving ability.
  • Confident stakeholder management—able to influence and build trusted relationships.
