We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Manager, Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) Business, Finance.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the Corporate business to provide business finance supports.
- Facilitate and support on the day to day and strategic management of Corporate Business through the preparation, analysis and distribution of value added, timely, and commercial analysis
- Work with the business to set plan and Strategic targets and actions set out in these plans.
- Prepare, manage and deliver Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) management information deliverables for monthly reporting, forecast cycles and ad hoc requests
- Provide client profitability analysis for business and finance management on regular/ad hoc basis
- Provide ad-hoc support and assistance on revenue and balance sheet reporting and analysis to the other members of the Corporate finance team
- Facilitate and assist the Corporate business through the preparation, analysis and distribution of financial reports and analysis
- Assist in implementing Streamlining/ Transformation initiatives.
- Support the development and implementation of various improvement initiatives, and drive efficiencies in MI reporting where possible Drive reporting
- Work with Corporate Business Management to manage and optimize Risk Weighted Assets (RWA)
- Assist Corporate business heads to monitor cost, drive efficiencies and savings
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- An undergraduate, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related business discipline from any reputed institution.
- Professional qualification in the related field is preferred
- Working knowledge of power BI, Power query and real-life experiences on automation is preferred.
- Ability to form effective relationships and achieve influence at the senior level in the organization.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to present business case to the diversified stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, in teams and to maintain standards.
