Head of Sales and Acquisition Channels

Role Purpose
Overall responsibility for sales and acquisition for all channels (Digital, Branches, ATMs and Contact Centre). Includes sales for all segments Wealth, Premier, Emerging Affluent and Payroll. Define strategy and ideal mix of sales per channel. Define FRP per channel, product and segment and participate in the incentives score cards definition for all Distribution roles.
- Define ideal needs to develop digital and self-service capabilities to optimize our sales.
- Optimize the use of leads per channel and segment with CRM
- Create governance comities with product areas and segments to define strategies for sales.
- Participate with Risk Credit area to improve our performance.
- Develop different tools and MIS to review performance
- Responsible for the accomplish of all Distribution staff, with more than 59 employees focusing on customer acquisition and relationship management with more than six million customers.
Principal Accountabilities
- To define and to lead the Business strategies for the performance of the channels
- To develop and negotiation of the FRP
- To define ideal needs to develop digital and self service capabilities to optimize our sales.
- To optimize the use of leads per channel and segment with CRM
- Create governance comities with product areas and segments to define strategies for sales.
- Participate with Risk Credit area to improve our performance
- Develop different tools and MIS to review performance
- Define the strategy for IWPB customer base and market share, bringing new customer through acquisition strategies and reducting attrition
- Increase digital customers.
