Role purpose
This role holder will be responsible to manage and provide diagnostic of business positioning and strategic priorities and requirements for FCS Mexico. Support the operational channels in FCS to achieve business targets across strategic projects from a business perspective aligned with metrics regarding results and strategies. Provide support to Operational teams, to take decisions and strategies regarding the monthly metrics obtained. Help to promote of FCS strategic projects from a business perspective, working together with all stakeholders to improve the required change delivery.
Knows the Regulatory processes in FCS in order to support guarantee the correct application of the local and global regulations, working as a guide alliance between the Business performance, NFR and FCS.
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Concentrate best practices and measure the impact of the activities to ensure their value contribution to FCS business results
- Analyse and propose improvements to the FCS processes according to results.
- Monitor execution of FCS Mx business strategy implementation.
- Support in the execution activities of the governance strategy according with the corporate guidelines and the business objectives in FCS
- Oversight and challenge of procedures produced by line management.
- Support to FCS process to identifying emerging risk issues and associated controls through control testing activity, report and confirm the correct records with NFR.
- Support the reporting of risk issues, control monitoring and performance data to local management and committees with Business Performance and NFR.
- Ensure incident mgmt. process is complete, accurate, and timely; record incidents in Helios, adhering to thresholds and escalation (as appropriate) working together with NFR and Business Performance.
Leadership & Teamwork
- Ensure that the area objectives are clear for the team and that they are presented on their performance evaluation.
- Ensure that there are metrics about personnel’s objectives.
- Integrate and execute all the ideas that the team to have efficiency in the job.
- Be a key player in the team of governance and strategy within FCS.
- Develop strong relationships with key champions, advocates and colleagues to facilitate governance and business strategy execution of FCS.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong knowledge of communication trends and best practice to present data and qualitative content.
- Ability to work quickly, managing time and multiple priorities effectively.
