Global Payment Solutions 

Global Payment Solutions (GPS) is made up of almost 10,000 colleagues across 58 countries and territories. This business is uniquely positioned to help clients make payments across borders, currencies and regulations, quickly and efficiently with dedicated in-country and regional support. Our expertise in this area is repeatedly recognised by the industry’s most prominent publications and associations with numerous global, regional, and country awards. 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of client connectivity projects from initiation through to go-live
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across internal and external client teams
  • Track project plans and milestones
  • Prepare project artifacts: status reports, meeting notes, dashboards, and executive summaries
  • Contribute to improving client experience in the connectivity project journey

Requirements

  • Recent graduates or candidates pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Project Management or a related field
  • Fluent in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Penultimate year undergraduate from a reputable local or overseas university
  • Applicants pursuing professional or other qualifications must have completed at least one year of their course successfully
  • Fresh graduates with total work experience that is less than 12 months
  • Legally permitted to work in Sri Lanka
  • Be fluent in English and have strong communication skills
  • A strong customer-service mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines
