We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Client Screening and Servicing Officer.

 

In this role, you will:

1. Ensure that Cross Border and Domestic payment processing is done in compliance with HSBC policies and procedures including all applicable local regulatory and international directions / guidelines.

2. Should have a very strong passion towards delivering world class customer experience

3. Inform and influence the decision making of senior leadership by use of management information, business performance information, analytics, forums and stakeholder feedback

4. Seek continuous improvements in efficiency of service provision and cost effectiveness of operations

5. Be responsible for managing the risk and control environment and maintaining and observing all HSBC control standards including implementation of internal and external audit recommendations

6. Support Manager Client Servicing and Screening in implementing the Local and Global strategy on Regulatory Compliance including metrics, control frameworks, skill requirements and operating models

 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or MBA from a recognized University or Professional qualification from a recognized institute (CIMA, ICA, ACCA etc)

2. Prior knowledge in Exchange control regulations, payment processing or related area will be an added advantage

3. Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

4. Skills on automation, streamlining, data analysing will be an added advantage

5. Strong customer centric approach and solution oriented mindset to deliver exceptional results
