- Intercompany (ICO) charges are a substantial element of the Asia cost base and this role is responsible to provide complete support including ICO Accounting, Invoicing, Age debt management and ICO breaks management for regional & global level, settlements, Balance sheet Reconciliation & Substantiation and the corresponding reporting. The jobholder will have significant exposure to senior management within markets, region finance and Global Servco management; as such the jobholder will require a level of gravitas and credibility.
- We are currently seeking a high calibre commercially minded and agile Finance professional to join our team as a Vice President Finance Operations.
In this role, you will:
- Key focus of the role is control & governance including ICO Policy – Interception, ICO Provision, advice on ICO Accounting and Booking, ICO Irrecoverable, AssureNET settlement, overview on Fusion process that impact ICO process, FIM & Global Policy compliance
- 2nd Line of defense in relation to the ICO end to end operations process including (but not limited to) ensuring payments are made on time, recovery of global roles is correctly completed, invoicing.
- Supporting Transfer Pricing (TP) including Margins, TP Risk Control Assessment (RCA), RAC assurance and TP documentation.
- Responsible for maintaining documentation per RCA and SOX requirement
- Driving efficiency and improvement within the ICO process along while ensuring clear visibility and transparency of charges to entities.
- Deliver comprehensive support and insightful MI to stakeholders, including head office payment on behalf of branches and subsidiaries and global roles recovery and any key issues, enabling informed decision making.
- Lead ICO related projects in the region, overseeing their successful execution and implementation.
- Actively engage in supporting and contributing to global ICO projects, collaborating with teams to achieve project objectives.
- Working with the relevant Global Business and Functions teams to ensure clear articulation of services, charge basis and helping resolve issues/concerns.

- Qualified CA/MBA finance/Accountancy, Finance or Economics qualifications preferred
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of what drives the numbers
- Sound judgment, decision making and problem solving abilities
- A self-starter who is not afraid to speak up and face a challenge and also open to listen to guidance and learn as they go
- Strong influencing, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to highlight problems but more importantly offer innovative and practical solutions, and drive through their execution in a collective environment and in a timely manner
- Proficient analytical review skills; ability to add value to customer deliverables through understanding of the business / lateral thinking
- High level understanding of risk & controls / compliance
- Good understanding of Fusion, FTP, HUB, PSGL, Qlik, etc.
- Strong technical understanding of accounting principles and demonstrated competence in their application
- Experience of interacting with internal and external auditors
