We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager
Business: Finance
Principal responsibilities
Accounting & Reporting analysis and team oversight and coordination:
- Coordinate with the Global head of MI and all AM sites for consolidation
- Deliver monthly Financials Dashboards, Packs and performance summaries
- Responsible for group submission for Revenue and GSR
- Liaise with BFCD teams on various Change Requests, performing and signing-off UAT's
- "Operational Effectiveness and Efficiencies:
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive change initiatives.
- Enhance internal controls, continuously seek to reengineer local business processes for efficiencies and cost reduction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and changes, implement with a view towards streamlining and rationalizing.
- Develop robust documentation of current processes to support staff training and finance team knowledge sharing.
Management reporting and analysis:
- Deliver comprehensive, accurate, and timely management reporting for Asset Management (AM) Global team.
- Analyze performance drivers to proactively highlight issues and improvement opportunities.
- Support Global AM team on various ad hoc requests.
- Partner with BFCD (Change Delivery) teams in developing and implementing enhancements to AM reporting.
- Participate in special projects as they arise
Leadership & Teamwork
- Communication and influencing skills, with experience of dealing with executives at all levels.
- Ability to interpret and analyse a large volume of information and / or data and provide succinct summary for senior management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, CA/CPA/ICWA (not mandatory) or MBA; candidates with other degrees along with Tableau knowledge will be considered for the role.
- 7+ years relevant work experience; less experience considered for exceptional performers.
- Candidate with knowledge of tools like Tableau, are preferred.
- Sound analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in an environment with people at all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral; comfortable with interacting with the leadership.
