We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the INM International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) team.
Principal Responsibilities
- Facilitate the acquisition team enabling them to achieve targets- Assisting in acquiring processing of opening NTB accounts
- Pro-tip : Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
- Facilitate partner transactions.
- File and form checking for Account Opening
- Lead Management for OI RM, Assigning and tracking leads, ensuring proper closure in CRMS with apt narration
- MI Management- MI agreement tracker to be properly maintained
- Maintaining Daily Report, (YTD / MTD )
- Maintaining Daily Sales Call Data
- Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
- Extend support towards reduction in KYC errors, discrepancies
- Complaint Management- ensuring e-helpline update, closure of complaints before TAT
- Service Management-IWPs/DC pin/statements not received, request for personal detail change, request for bank details etc.
- AOF checking and maintaining, ensuring proper completeness of forms
- Compliance with Audit requirements- KYC & NON KYC error rates<3%
- Ensuring A/C packets resolution, A/C opening pending resolutions
- Demonstrate an understanding of PEP acceptance, prohibition, CDD & EDD guidelines in order to ensure that the INM RBWM is fully compliant with the PEP LoBP.
- Assist the OI team in activities related to onboarding and ongoing tracking of referral partners within tight timelines as given by stakeholders and Senior Management
- Publishing analysis on quality of NTB sourcing and ensuring whatever data is needed for the same is available at any given point of time.
- The job will involve multi tasking between various set of activities at any given point of time and the candidate should be able to work under pressure with stringent timelines.
Qualifications - External
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree / Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher.
