We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Wholesale Marketing Manager.

 

In this role you will:

  • Define the event strategy and calendar across Hong Kong and Mainland China to ensure high quality client experiences delivered that supports business growth, deepen client engagement and promote our brand
  • Own the end-to-end execution of the event and manage external stakeholders such as venues, event organisers, trade publishers, production houses and printers, etc.
  • Understand the needs of our clients and the sales teams, as well as the market trend, to provide curated and innovative events
  • Measure and manage the costs, effectiveness and ROI of the event
  • Internal stakeholders management including compliance, risk, branding teams to ensure regulations, policies and standards are met
  • Ensure Global Standards are being practised and complied with day-to-day work

To be successful you will need:

  • University graduate
  • Experience in event management experience, preferably in asset management and/or financial industry. Less experience is also considered for Assistant Manager title
  • Good knowledge of regulations in mutual funds and/or ETFs
  • Knowledge of mutual funds and/or ETF as well as the marketing landscape
  • Excellent communications skill – English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good inter-personal skills; ability to work with teams of different backgrounds
  • Strong project management skill, deadline and detailed-oriented
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Email marketing skills
