Principle Responsibilities

  • Be part of the Wealth Planning team to provide wealth structuring support and follow through the prospecting of clients of HSBC Private Banking in Hong Kong, Philippines and International Markets.  This may include meeting with and prepare proposals for prospective clients with Wealth Planners.
  • Support the Wealth Planning team on trust onboarding, internal reporting, training and other projects as assigned from time to time. This entails curating presentation and other materials and liaising with internal stakeholders, clients and service providers.
  • Maintain close relationship with HSBC trust company relating to trust onboarding activities and Know-Your-Customers related due diligence processes.
  • Participate in key business strategies and revenue growth from marketing and compliance perspectives.

Requirements
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

  • Experience preferably in financial institutions, professional firms, or independent trust companies with knowledge in trust, fiduciary, insurance, legal or accountancy environment.
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting, Corporate Governance or related discipline
  • Company secretarial, accounting or legal background is a plus
  • Team player who can work closely with different business partners and stakeholders
  • Good interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills. Ability to multi-task and to work in a diverse environment
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese and preferably fluent in Putonghua
