We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President 1, TMT.
In this role you will:
- Lead the day-to-day execution and support the origination of capital market deals and M&A advisory and financing transactions in relation to Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Sector
- Assist and provide support for senior bankers in preparing analytical and transaction materials, interfacing with clients as required
- Interact with various levels of management of clients to execute transactions, identify business opportunities and present views and suggestions
- Build and maintain networks for collaboration with other product, client coverage and regional teams to support the provision of comprehensive solutions to clients
- Conduct industry and market research, evaluate clients’ products or services, business performance and generate business ideas
- Work proactively and efficiently in a team environment. Coordinate and provide guidance to analysts to associates to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner
- Contribute to the achievement against targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction, cost management etc
To be successful you will need:
- Experience in participating the entire execution process of various types of capital market deals in an investment banking front office, or related role. Technology, Media & Telecom sector related experience is strongly preferred
- Academic background in Technology / Telecom, or accounting / finance from a top tier educational institution
- Solid technical skills with commitment to details, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with external and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
