Treasury Product Manager

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Product Manager.

In this role you will: 

• Support senior product managers in delivering the Treasury Product strategy across Securities Services.
• Analyse market trends, client needs and product gaps to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the evaluation and development of new product initiatives and capabilities, assessing business value, feasibility, and impact across regions.
• Contribute to maintaining product roadmaps aligned with business priorities and client demand.
• Support day-to-day product lifecycle management, including product positioning, governance and performance tracking.
• Coordinate and deliver projects within agreed timelines, governance standards, and risk parameters, proactively identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide regular progress updates and ensure effective execution through close collaboration with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, finance, risk, and compliance functions.
• Drive alignment across teams by ensuring requirements, decisions, and actions are clearly communicated, understood, and executed.
• Analyse client needs, feedback, and market opportunities to support product enhancement, commercial growth, and client value delivery.
• Support client pitches, RFPs, strategic reviews, and internal communications, while equipping stakeholders with product insights and materials to drive effective client engagement and cross-selling opportunities.

To be successful you will need: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• 5+ years relevant experience in product management, business analysis, project delivery, treasury services, transaction banking, securities services or custody-related environments.
• Understanding of cash management, liquidity solutions, and securities services products
• Understanding of the front to back of securities products
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks impacting treasury and securities services
• Proven track record of delivering complex product initiatives and managing cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with global markets and multi-currency cash management
• Strategic and results-driven professional with a strong control mindset and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence regulators, clients, and senior management.
