We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Talent Events and Campus Lead.

 

In this role you will need:

 

  • Build strong relationships with the group brand partnerships team to maximize portfolio properties
  • Develop a global and local roadmap for employer brand hero events; Create strategic approaches for priority segments to drive attraction and advocacy
  • Develop a strategy to enable employees & talent on the ground with 101 career enablement events.
  • Provide toolkits and training for event planning and execution; Support digital content for pre-, during, and post-event phases
  • Collaborate with the line of business leads and Emerging Talent Global Attraction Activation Lead to design a full funnel events strategy.
  • Develop brand and marketing strategies for target campuses globally.​
  • Partner with strategic recruitment partners to align events with HSBC's overall strategy; Establish objectives and measures for events to ensure data-driven strategies and ROI
  • Provide training to recruiters and partners to enhance their roles as brand ambassadors at events; Stay informed on careers events and campus marketing developments to keep HSBC ahead of the curve

 

 

To be successful you will need:

 

  • Proven track record in running recruitment marketing campaigns on university campuses and early careers branding.
  • Strong organizational skills and expertise in event planning and management
  • Experience in executive stakeholder management, fostering partnerships, and creating business value
  • Collaborative work with teams across brand, marketing, and communications to achieve strategic goals.
  • Emphasis on creativity, innovative thinking, and breaking away from traditional approaches
  • Advocacy for customer engagement and identifying customer needs for human-centric work; Competence in financial and budget management, with strategic financial decision-making skills.
