Performance Services – Social Affairs
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Stove and Chopper頭砧板
Principal responsibilities
- Responsible to assist the daily operations and preparation of food items
- Ensure the highest quality of food production.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen
- Conduct duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner
- 負責日常營運工作, 準備所需要的食材
- 維持高水平的食物質素
- 碓保廚房符合衛生水平及工作環境符合安全準則
- 在日常工作中保特禮貌, 注重安全 及 維持高效率

Requirements
- At least 10 years related working experience in Stove and Chopper session, preferably in Chinese Premium Dinning Restaurant, Club House or Chinese banqueting at luxury hotels
- Must be good in communication and possess strong sense of responsibility.
- 10年以上高級中餐館、會所或酒店中餐部相關頭砧板工作經驗
- 擁有良好溝通技巧及富有責任感
