We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Sous Chef 副主廚

Principal responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure the quality of kitchen products meets the Company’s specified standards.
• Assist in cost control and monitor ingredient usage to avoid waste.
• Oversee the hygiene and food safety standards of the Company.
• Assist the Head Chef in training and guiding kitchen staff.

• 協助主廚管理日常廚房運作
• 確保廚房食品符合公司標準
• 協助控制成本及監察食材使用，避免浪費
• 監督公司衛生及食品安全標準
• 協助主廚培訓及指導廚房員工

Requirements

• At least 10 years related working experience in kitchen management and operation experience, preferably in Chinese Premium Dinning Restaurant, Club House or Chinese banqueting at luxury hotels
• Leadership ability, able to create a positive work environment.
• Must be good in communication and possess strong sense of responsibility.
• Basic computer skills and Chinese/English input.
• Stove and Chopper role open to candidates with less experience.

• 10 年以上高級中餐館、會所或酒店中餐部相關廚務管理和廚房運作經驗
• 具領導才能，能協助維持良好工作氣氛
• 擁有良好溝通技巧及富有責任感
• 懂基本電腦操作及中英文輸入
• 歡迎經驗較少的應徵者申請頭砧板職位

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior role.)
