We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Performance And Effectiveness Manager.

The Senior Manager, Sales Effectiveness will support the Head of Sales Effectiveness in driving initiatives to enhance sales performance across the organization. This role will focus on optimizing sales processes, tools, analytics, and incentive programs to align with business priorities, improve productivity, and support data-driven decision-making. The incumbent will also act as a liaison across global, regional, and market teams to ensure consistency and alignment in sales effectiveness strategies.

In this role you will:

  • Support the implementation of the global vision and strategy for Sales Effectiveness in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assist in identifying and executing improvements in sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Ensure sales initiatives and programs are aligned with business goals and market needs.
  • Lead projects to optimize the sales incentive framework to drive performance and motivation.
  • Support the management and optimization of the sales technology stack and Wealth CRM systems.
  • Leverage data and analytics to deliver actionable insights for sales performance improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and tracking of KPIs and performance metrics across channels
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive intelligence, and client needs to recommend strategic actions.
  • Assist in promoting the adoption of sales best practices across markets and business units
  • Design & develop RM Performance Framework with coverage including but not limited to- outcome performance / training & career roadmap / customer portfolio allocation & optimizatoin

To be successful you will need:

  • Deep understanding of sales and service strategies within the financial services industry, with expertise in channel and product management, sales process optimization, and CRM systems. They should also possess knowledge of incentive compensation design and administration.
  • Ability to set clear strategic direction aligned with Markets, Propositions, Channels, and Functions.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience working across Group, Region, and Market teams is essential
  • A broad understanding of Wealth and Premier banking combined with an in-depth understanding of all issues impacting the customer and marketing agenda, enabling the role holder to speak with authority and influence to senior business leads including CEO/COO level.
  • Knowledge of the global external environment - regulatory, political, competitors and market
