We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Product Manager.
In this role you will:
- Define, build and maintain a prioritized PF product roadmap, translating business goals into actionable initiatives and securing stakeholder alignment on priorities and timelines.
- Monitor key business metrics and iterate on the roadmap to drive profitability and market share in the PF segment.
- Lead through the entire product development lifecycle for new PF solutions and enhancements—from ideation, requirement gathering, and prototype validation to UAT, launch, and post-launch performance review.
- Monitor and track progress of key initiatives and KPI’s to assess performance, ROI and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of our marketing initiatives
- Ensure all new and enhanced PF offerings comply with internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews of the current PF portfolio to identify pain points (for customers and internal teams) and optimization opportunities—e.g., streamlining sales and application workflows.
- Collaborate with RTD to gather customer and market feedback, and translate insights into product improvements
To be successful you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree (MBA/ MFin) or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, PMI-PMP) is a strong plus.
- 5+ years’ experience in financial services, with 3+ years of dedicated experience in PF—must have a proven track record of launching and scaling PF products.
- Basic understanding of insurance products and profound understanding of PF structures is essential.
- Strong background in product development, or operations with hands-on technology or business transformation experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and product metrics and use data to drive product decisions; experience with product analytics tools (e.g. Excel) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of PF related regulations and compliance requirements for PF products; experience partnering with legal/compliance teams to ensure product adherence.
- Familiarity with workflow system and lending platform technologies is desirable—ability to collaborate with tech teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills—ability to lead and motivate diverse teams (tech, risk, sales) and drive alignment on product goals in a matrixed organization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills—able to articulate complex product strategies and financial concepts clearly to both executive leadership and frontline teams (in both English and Chinese, written and verbal).
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on translating customer needs into actionable product solutions; strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Agile and results-oriented—able to manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver on tight timelines.
- High attention to detail, with a strong understanding of the balance between commercial growth, risk management, and compliance in financial services.
