Senior Product Manager, Core Payments

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Product Manager, Core Payments.
In this role you will:
- Commercialisation and go-to-market delivery: Own the commercialisation of assigned products/segment to increase market share, meet evolving client requirements, deliver revenue growth aligned to the wider GPS strategy, develop and maintain product contents/presentations/videos and enhance product brand building in collaboration with Marketing and Communications team. Build and execute commercialisation plans in collaboration with regions and countries, adjusting priorities in response to market and competitive developments
- Next-generation solution development: Contribute to future solution requirements by researching customer needs, emerging market trends, payments infrastructure changes and the global regulatory landscape. Translate insights into actionable requirements in partnership with client-facing colleagues and in-country teams
- Financial performance and efficiency: Support delivery of business financial objectives across global, regional and local initiatives. Drive volume and fee revenue growth actions, improve operating efficiency and actively manage the product risk profile to balance growth with control
- Portfolio rationalization and standardization: Identify opportunities to simplify and rationalize product solutions to improve consistency, reduce complexity and deliver cost savings—particularly through enabling a more standard global offering
- Governance, reporting and benefits tracking: Support management reporting, tracking and manage risk issues, and take ownership of benefits realization tracking. Provide business-as-usual oversight, analysis and recommendations to Directors and senior leadership to support decision-making
- Proactive risk management: Continuously assess and manage product risk through end-to-end product reviews, documenting key dependencies, input sources, capabilities and risks. Ensure transparency, identify improvement opportunities and recommend or implement risk mitigation actions as required
To be successful you will need:
- Proactive, able to comprehend, evaluate and offer clear, timely and reliable analysis and recommendations to senior management, and communicate this effectively
- An ability to develop a global network, build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels is required for success
- Capability to balance shifting priorities over multiple work-strands and working under tight time pressure is important
- A strong commercial acumen and product management experience including product commercialisation and governance, or risk is imperative
