We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Product Manager, Account Solutions.

In this role you will:

  • Define and execute the product strategies with respect to account solutions, including account acquisition, account proposition, attrition management, customer onboarding and servicing journey, with an aim to drive customer acquisition, deepening of wallet share and capture emerging opportunities in HK and it’s key corridors
  • Responsible for the P & L of Account Solutions for Hong Kong and ensure plans are on track. Derive and execute commercialization and revenue initiatives to drive product performance for customer acquisition, retention and maximise utilization
  • Liaise with operations in process design and documentation related to Account Solutions. The job holder is also required to drive simplification of processes and drive continuous improvement in customer experience based on customer feedback, customer behaviour analysis, market and competition analysis
  • Lead the core platform upgrade in line with related regulatory and compliance controls matters or drive new value-added services.
  • Maintain trusting relationship with sales, client connectivity, marketing, operations, IT, risk stewards to deliver optimized customer experience and engagement
  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements to ensure all customer communications and initiatives are compliance to FIM and related policies
  • Develop and maintain good contact with the external Global Payment Solutions market, e.g. partner organizations, industry associations, customers, competitors, regulators etc. to ensure that our strategy remains relevant and effective

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience in wholesales account services management, middle office, operations, process re-engineering, business transformation or project management disciplines
  • Demonstrably successful project manager in the cash management industry
  • Solid understanding of digital and/or self-service platforms
  • Familiar with current and future industry trends relating to account proposition or product development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to effectively work with multiple business partners
  • Strong leadership skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimum direction
  • Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
