Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Regional Head of IC and IC team heads in the implementation of business strategies and business development initiatives.
  • Support the Regional Head of IC and IC team heads in driving strategy and performance meetings / business reviews, preparing materials / presentations and following up on actions.
  • Prepare Management Information (MIs) and dashboards for Regional Head of IC and IC team heads, assist in budget allocations and create insight on KPIs for individuals and teams.
  • Assist Regional Head of IC and IC team heads in the management oversight of the IC and Investment Counsellor Analyst (ICA), and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Act as main contact point and conduit for IC teams, liaise with RM and other support teams to ensure the business processes are managed in an efficient and controlled manner, escalate and resolve day-to-day issues/queries.
  • Identify / lead / support business process and risk management improvements.
  • Lead / participate in projects / initiatives, e.g. provide or validate business requirements, participate in the UAT of new systems, coordinate system implementation and training for frontline staff, support market communication and feedback, perform post-implementation review and raise / prioritize enhancement requests.
  • Liaise with Business Continuity Plan coordinator for front office teams.
  • Provide other business management support, undertake other assignments / projects as required by Management from time to time.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of relevant working experience in Private Banking
  • Good business sense and product knowledge
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Proactiveness with strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Leadership and good team player
