Senior Manager Asia FP and A and SCM (IWBP)

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager Asia FP and A and SCM (IWBP).
In this role you will
- Engage with Local, Regional and Global Finance teams, Group Strategy, and Country/Regional Business teams to ensure delivery of finance related aspects of IWPB M&A activity.
- Create close and effective relationships with different Finance, Strategy and Business stakeholders, to ensure a consistent approach across different projects.
- Work directly with the strategic workstreams, Local and Regional Project Managers to provide support and ensure consistent reporting, planning, forecasting and execution across areas.
- Support in the tracking of benefits realization and monitoring of disciplined management of financial resources.
- Proactively identify and communicate risks, issues and dependencies, as it relates to the financials and strategy execution, to mitigate delivery risk.
- Facilitate decision making on key issues by providing adequate information and analysis to the Asia IWPB Business Head, Global IWPB Finance Team and other Finance and non-finance stakeholders as required.
To be successful you will need
- Solid experience in a Finance or Strategy role. In-depth knowledge of financial services businesses and operations.
- Strong understanding of financial data such as costs, balance sheet management, RWAs, and revenues, with the ability to contextualize the information into business activities.
- Strong / broad IWPB business understanding.
- Ability to work across the full range of finance function domains and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to deliver on multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- A university degree in accounting, financial, or economic subject; preferably professional accounting qualification.
- Advanced strategic planning and project management skill and effective business partnering and proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
