Senior Manager, Reward+

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Reward+.
In this role you will:
- Design and implement growth plans tailored to Reward+, including member acquisition campaigns, retention initiatives and expansion into new markets or verticals.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes and customer behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Monitor and analyze program performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Lobby and drive use cases with internal stakeholders to increase the adoption and usage of Reward+ and RewardCash
- Lead efforts to attract new program members and partners while enhancing loyalty
- Forge new alliances with brands, retailers or tech providers to expand program reach and create opportunities that drive growth for the program and for HSBC
- Explore emerging trends or omnichannel experiences to keep our program at the forefront of the industry
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in digital rewards.
- Utilise analytics tools and customer insights to refine program features, pricing models and engagement tactics.
- Leverage on technology for predictive modelling of user behavior and personalized recommendations
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings.
- Optimise digital datapoints (such as SEO/SEM/GEO) to finetune retargeting, drive traffic for customer engagement and product cross sell.
To be successful you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years experience in partnerships, digital rewards, loyalty programs, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
- Proficiency in agile delivery methodologies, project management and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analytics and customer insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
