Senior Manager, Funds and Discretionary Products - HK Business

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Funds and Discretionary Products.
In this role you will need:
- Drive robust and continuous growth in Unit Trusts business in Hong Kong, addressing customers' wealth needs with dedicated product strategies
- Formulate and implement strategies to develop the Unit Trusts business including commercial, technology, operational initiatives
- Lead the ideation, development, and execution of Group initiatives related to the Unit Trusts business
- Lead and manage Unit Trusts projects focused on enhancing product fulfillment, optimizing digital journeys, and streamlining operational, and sales processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Ensure the quality of Unit Trusts portfolio, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
- Maintain high service levels and process resilience to achieve customer satisfaction and mitigate reputational and regulatory risks
- Collaborate closely with internal divisions, external parties, and regulators to develop Unit Trusts services that exceed competitor and customer expectations
- Implement effective commercialisation and marketing initiatives to drive Unit Trusts business growth, new customer acquisition, and reactivation of existing customers
- Foster staff engagement and promote knowledge and experience sharing within the team
To be successful you will need:
- A university degree in a relevant discipline with relevant experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Unit Trusts industry, including industry dynamics, regulatory environment, and customer demands.
- Proven experience in product and project management.
- Strong compliance awareness regarding external regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
- High motivation, commercial awareness, and effective communication skills.
