We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Content and Proposal Management, Global Payments Solutions.

As a Content and Proposal Writer in Global Payments Solutions, you should possess strong business acumen and project management skills to lead the development of compelling and persuasive proposals, narratives and public content for our clients and stakeholders. You will work closely with the sales, product and client management teams to create well-structured and customised content that effectively communicate the value proposition of our cash management products and services. Your knowledge in transaction banking, strong writing skills, and attention to detail will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Client Management teams to gather information, understand client requirements, and identify key selling points.
• Develop comprehensive, well-organised, and persuasive proposals tailored to target audiences.
• Write and edit proposal sections, executive summaries, and cover letters to effectively communicate the value proposition and address client needs.

Project Management:

• Manage the full cycle proposal development process, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
• Coordinate and review inputs from subject matter experts, ensuring alignment with proposal objectives.
• Edit and format proposals to ensure a professional and polished final product that is accurate, captivating, and of the highest quality, under tight deadlines
• Ensure adherence to process, procedure, compliance and risk standards in GPS sales content, serving as a point of quality and audit control

Content Development and Management:

• Manage and organise proposal content, templates, and reference materials methodologically
• Leverage research, market trends and intel, and industry best practices to support proposal and content development
• Elevating the quality of sales enablement content such as client case studies, market information, thought leadership materials, industry awards submissions. 

Qualifications:

• University graduate
• Solid understanding of cash management and/or transactional banking products/ solutions is ideal
• A background in Financial Services preferred. Experience in a corporate/ commercial banking and frontline role is highly valued
• High level proficiency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
• Exceptional project management skills with proven success  in delivering projects/ programs, across countries and territories, whether regional (i.e. Asia Pacific) or global in scope, with meticulous attention to detail
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of high performance, self-direction, change leadership, and strong execution capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to explain value propositions in a clear and concise manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and support multiple stakeholder and proposals concurrently
• Experience in Proposal Writing and Sales Content development is an advantage
