  • Review and Challenge: Play a pivotal role in reviewing and challenging forecast projections.  Analyse internal and external data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes, supporting value creation and informed decision-making.
  • Scenario Planning & Stress Testing: Participate in Group-wide initiatives to develop unified financial models for scenario analysis.  Assist with sensitivity modelling to assess the financial impact of emerging geopolitical risks, interest rate fluctuations, and other evolving trends.
  • Transformation & Digitalisation: Represent the team in transformation and digitalisation projects, collaborating with stakeholders to drive efficiency through advanced FP&A tools (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle, Tableau), code-light automations (e.g., Alteryx), and other best practices. Support the development of AI-based automations, including requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, and communication of outcomes to senior management.
  • Simplification and Process Improvement: Continuously challenge existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, including improvements to reporting capabilities, automation processes, and data visualisation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, adopting a collaborative approach to implement change.  Work closely with business partnering and Strategic Cost Management teams to ensure accurate representation of business developments, such as product launches, M&A activity, and cost optimisation programmes.
  • Risk and Compliance: Adhere to all relevant procedures, maintain accurate records, and address audit findings and regulatory issues.  Regularly assess compliance and enterprise risk, considering changes in market conditions, legal requirements, operating practices, management structures, and new technologies.
