Investments and Wealth Solutions
Hang Seng's Investments and Wealth Solutions offers a full spectrum of investment products and services to our Retail Banking and Wealth (RBW) customers, from high-net-worth to mass segments across channels. We distribute investment funds managed by top tier fund managers covering different types of funds, across regions and asset classes. A wide range of structured products with underlying linked to equities, FX rates, interest rates, investment funds, etc. are offered for investors to pursue different investment objectives. We also offer fixed income instruments and certificates of deposit to customers who look for regular coupon payment. Besides, we have securities services covering exchange traded equities in local and overseas markets offered through a wide variety of trading channels. Margin trading services covering FX and securities, and investment financing service provides extra liquidity and purchasing power to cater for investment needs from sophisticated investors.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Digital Wealth Manager.
Principal responsibilities
- Initiate, develop and implement strategic initiatives and solutions on the end-to-end investment sales process across different channels for ongoing improvement on sales service quality and operational efficiency by working closely with local and global stakeholders from the stage of planning, progress monitoring and post-implementation review
- Evaluate the investor behaviour insight across segments and identify potential commercialisation or revenue generation opportunities
- Actively track the financial and operational performance of the wealth sales channels/enablers against the KPIs and OKRs laid on wealth products including revenue, transaction volume, penetration rate, etc
- Promote innovation and competitive differentiation for HASE through Digital technologies and Digital customer experiences
- Build rapport and strong connections with key stakeholders including product owners, IT and distribution channels etc. to deliver products/features and improve customer experience
- Adhere to all relevant processes and procedures of the Group compliancy policy and internal controls
Requirements
- University Graduate in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of experience in banking/ financial services industry with exposure in business or risk management / investment products (e.g. Investment Funds, Bonds, Structured Products) / sales distribution / project management preferred
- Knowledge of investment products such as Investment Funds, Bonds, Structured Products is an advantage
- Strong organizational, project management and people management skills
- Independent and proactive, able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skill and strong literacy in both English and Chinese
- Sound knowledge of PC application software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective deliverables
