Principal responsibilities

• Drive products and formulate business tactics and propositions for investment, life insurance and general insurance across Commercial Banking segments – specifically, act as a major contributor to formulate strategic plans for all the digital platforms both internally and externally
• Develop and launch tailor-made products, distinct selling propositions and sales development initiatives to achieve agreed business goals
• Establish efficient sales processes while observing internal and regulatory rules and guidelines for full compliance
• Effectively manage third party / in-house insurers and product manufacturers, sales operations and product compliance
• Manage internal policies and frameworks for the approval of new products, and enhancements to existing products
• Monitor product reviews and sales suitability activities

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline
• Proven experience in commercial banking and investment business
• Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision making and decision makers
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
