Senior Digital Commercialization and Engagement Manager, Global Private Banking Asia

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Senior Digital Commercialization and Engagement Manager.
This person will lead digital adoption initiatives, enact feature adoption strategies and leverage analytical skills to assess adoption data and trends, supporting strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
In this role you will:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop engaging promotional materials, e.g. brochures, videos, ‘how-to” guides, etc.
- Coordinate regular communications and updates to internal and external stakeholder, e.g., newsletters
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance feature adoption through targeted campaigns
- Lead internal digital marketing/coms initiatives to promote digital tools and capabilities
- Discuss and set digital adoption targets and KPIs across booking centres
- Analyze digital adoption data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Utilize analytical skills to produce data-driven insights supporting promotional strategies
- Track and report product adoption, campaign performance, and digital engagement metrics
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc commercialization reports highlighting adoption performance for Senior Management
- Design and deliver training sessions for Front Office teams to enhance digital proficiency and product understanding
- Maintain and continuously improve the internal collaboration platform to ensure all training, communication, and reference materials are up to date, easily accessible, and effectively organized for stakeholders
- As we are a relatively small team, there will be times when we need to provide support and assistance to other parts of the team (e.g. The Solutions team if they experience a BAU issue impacting Client Statements etc.) This will be a great opportunity to understand how the wider team support the business and our clients, and how areas outside of the Digital space operate etc.
To be successful you will need:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, change management, marketing, data analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital adoption, analytics, or product marketing (preferably within financial services or technology)
- Strong analytical skills, with proven experience in data interpretation and reporting
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills – strong PowerPoint skills – with the ability to engage a diverse audience
- Demonstrated experience in managing digital adoption or engagement campaigns
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Excellent spoken / written English. Cantonese / Mandarin is a plus
