Senior Business Finance Mgr

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Senior Business Finance Mgr.

As the AM Asia & Middle East Business Finance professional, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing expert finance support across all aspects of our AM business in the region. Reporting to the regional CFO, you’ll collaborate with local and regional teams to deliver best-in-class financial management and strategic insights.

 In this role you will need:

• Provide senior finance expertise and direct support to the regional CFO and senior management.
• Oversee regional financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, engaging key stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Analyse financial results and underlying business drivers, conduct targeted business and financial trend analysis, and deliver actionable commentary and recommendations to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks across the region.
• Support strategic projects—including new business setup, development initiatives, and M&A—by delivering financial analysis, evaluating commercial viability, assessing risks and opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution in line with global and regional objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Promote best practices and provide expert guidance to local sites AM Finance teams, sharing expertise in business reporting and analysis.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of standardized reports, optimize management information systems, and provide regional guidance and oversight to local AM Finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulatory requirements and proactively address issues arising from internal and external audits.

The role will work closely with the various stakeholders, including AM senior management, different business teams, AM Financial Control, Global AM finance, global function teams as well as regional iWPB team.

To be successful you will need:

• The prospective candidate should have a proven track record in finance business support with practical experience and some knowledge of the AM businesses.
• Able to work under time pressure in meeting tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate leadership and determination in managing complex projects and drive changes
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide array of stakeholders
