Principal responsibilities
- Drive products and formulate business tactics and propositions for investment, life insurance and general insurance across Commercial Banking segments
- Develop and launch tailor-made products, distinct selling propositions, sales development initiatives and promotion campaigns to achieve agreed business goals
- Establish efficient sales processes while observing internal and regulatory rules and guidelines for full compliance
- Effectively manage third party / in-house insurers and product manufacturers, sales operations and product compliance
- Coordinate the approval of new products/enhancement of existing products, on-going product review according to internal policies and frameworks
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline
- Proven experience in commercial banking and investment/insurance business
- Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision making and decision makers
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
