Job description

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Proposition Manager, Customer Portfolio Management

 

In this role you will:

  • Support Premier Elite acquisition strategy end-to-end deliver Finance Resource Planning (FRP) targets, including defining the growth plan, building the commercialisation roadmap, and tracking delivery against clear milestones and KPIs.
  • Execute multi-channel acquisition programmes across customer referrals, cross-Line of Business (LoB) collaboration, and external partnerships; and support the commercialization and liaison with 2LoD.
  • Co-design activation and proposition initiatives that align to business priorities, strengthen customer value, and clearly articulate HSBC’s Premier Elite differentiators across the customer lifecycle.
  • Implement the end-to-end onboarding strategy to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience; use data analytics, market research and competitor benchmarking to diagnose pain points and drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive cross-functional execution by partnering with Distribution, Retail & Wealth Product, Marketing, cross-LoB teams, Legal, Compliance and Finance to ensure initiatives are well-governed, compliant, and delivered on time and to standard.
  • Support customer-facing communications and materials, ensuring alignment across channels and stakeholders.
  • Maintain proposition quality and competitiveness by ensuring proposition capabilities and outputs (including customer communications) meet or exceed market standards and deliver a consistent premium experience.

 

To be successful you will need:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HNW segment and proposition management.
  • Strong track record in proposition strategy, commercialisation and go-to-market execution, with experience managing complex, cross-functional programmes.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders and delivery teams across multiple functions.
  • Demonstrated capability in building operating processes, governance and performance review frameworks to improve efficiency, effectiveness and control.
  • Experience partnering with frontline, central, product and cross-LoB teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • High ownership mindset, resilient and delivery-focused, with strong attention to detail and a constructive, positive approach.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
