Product Specialist - Structured Product

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Product Specialist.

In this role you will:

• Support the Head of Capital Market – Private Client, Hong Kong to drive Capital Markets business in the Private Client segment (USD2-10mio AUM), covering across Equity, Fixed Income, FX and Structured Products
• Responsible for driving revenue and product penetration vis-à-vis targets that are aligned with the growth strategy of the Private Client segment
• Devise business strategy emphasizing on scale effect given the sheer number of client accounts under coverage and the smaller ticket size nature
• Work closely with Private Client RMs to strategize and devise sales propositions fit for purpose of Private Client segment
• Conduct product trainings for Private Client RMs on an on-going basis to ensure they are well-versed with both features and risks of the products
• Support Private Client RMs on client events and selectively client meetings
• Work closely with Capital Markets product teams to design product offerings suitable for the need of Private Client segment
• Use extensively digital distribution means and data analytics with the aim of achieving scale effect

To be successful you will need:

• Knowledge and experience in capital market products including Equity, Fixed Income, FX and Structured Products
• Strong sales and marketing skills
• Team player with outstanding relationship building skills
• Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Fluent in English, adequate Cantonese and Mandarin
• Bachelor degree
