Product Manager, Global Payment Solutions

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Product Manager, Global Payment Solutions.
In this role you will need:
- Define and lead the execution of the product strategies for domestic electronic payment products and other emerging domestic payment initiatives in Hong Kong to increase product penetration and usage
- Explore new business opportunities and define new propositions from various payment solution and drive commercialization of payment products
- Manage the P & L of the assigned products set for Hong Kong and ensure plans are on track
- Lead any core platform upgrade for assigned products in line with scheme requirement and drive new value-added services
- Lead various initiatives to drive p2e and oversee the customer migration activities due to platform upgrade.
- Derive and execute commercialization and revenue initiatives to drive product performance for customer acquisition, retention and maximise utilisation
- Liaise with operations in process design related to the assigned product
- Produce tools and collateral to facilitate the commercialisation or familiarisation of assigned products
- Deliver sustainable expense savings and expedite revenue realization by working with Operations and Client Management to improve solution fulfilment process efficiency or outsource non-core functions, etc
- Work closely with a variety of external stakeholders and the Global Payment Solutions (GPS) executives across the organisation in Products, Sales and Client Management teams, and other business functions such as IT and Operations teams to contribute to the growth and profitability objectives of GPS
To be successful you will need:
- Solid experience in banking, preferably in international payment
- Proven experience in payments product management, product commercialisation, IT and operations, process improvements or project management disciplines
- Practical knowledge in solution sales and implementations are highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse complex problems, interpret customer and/or operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
