We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a MANAGER CARD ACQUISITION.

 

In this role you will need:

  • Support the development of the card acquisition strategy to deepen market penetration and increase market share
  • Design and deliver cost-effective acquisition campaigns to drive new card intakes, with clear and compelling customer propositions
  • Manage and coordinate acquisition channels to ensure acquisition initiatives are executed smoothly and targets remain on track
  • Lead customer journey improvements, partnering with relevant business units to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience across channels and touchpoints
  • Partner closely with the Risk team to refine credit policies
  • Drive end-to-end project delivery activities, including delivery planning, P&L forecasting, requirements scoping, card scheme negotiations, risk clearances, product commercialisation, and cross-stakeholder coordination to achieve business objectives
  • Provide day-to-day business and operational support, including business result tracking, cost control and monitoring, preparation of project proposals and management reporting, campaign fulfillment, and handling customer enquiries and complaints
  • Ensure business activities comply with all applicable regulatory requirements, and provide ongoing support to maintain effective regulatory controls

 

To be successful you will need:

  • University degree holder, preferably majoring in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Work experience on credit card is preferred. Experience in digital projects or analytical areas would be a plus. 
  • Strong business acumen and project management skills
  • Self-driven with strong drive and positive working attitude
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with critical thinking
  • Able to work with stakeholders from various functions and disciplines to drive business outcomes
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English with good presentation skills
