We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Reward+.
Principal Responsibilities
The Manager, Reward+ will be responsible for managing HSBC's digital rewards propositions and usage programs. This role involves driving new journey development, performing market research and competitor analysis, engaging with third-party partners and vendors, managing usage programs to drive customer adoption and commercialization, and ensuring the best customer experiences through day-to-day app support.
Key Responsibilities:
Journey Development
- Lead the creation and implementation of new digital rewards journeys
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customer-centric rewards propositions
- Utilize customer feedback and data analytics to enhance the rewards experience
Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in digital rewards
- Analyse competitor offerings to ensure HSBC's rewards remain competitive
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings
Partnership and Vendor Management
- Identify and engage with third-party partners and vendors to expand the rewards ecosystem
- Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure alignment with HSBC's goals
- Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with HSBC standards
App Support and Customer Experience
- Oversee daily operations of the digital rewards app to ensure optimal performance
- Address and resolve technical issues and customer inquiries promptly
- Implement customer feedback to continuously improve app functionality and user experience
Usage Programs Management
- Develop and manage usage programs to drive customer adoption and engagement
- Implement strategies to commercialize digital rewards and increase customer participation
- Monitor and analyse program performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in credit card usage, digital rewards, loyalty programs, or a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in agile delivery methodologies, project management and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors
- Proficiency in data analytics and customer insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
