Manager, Business Planning and Analysis

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Business Planning and Analysis.

In this role you will:

• Business Performance Analysis: Leading monthly performance analysis working closely with Asia IWPB team and Local/Global IWPB finance teams, acting as a trusted business partner.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Local, Regional, and Global Finance teams, Risk teams, and Business teams to ensure the delivery of finance-related aspects of IWPB activities.
• Relationship Building: Establish effective relationships with Finance, Business, and Risk stakeholders to ensure a consistent approach across forecasting and reporting
• Decision Facilitation: Provide necessary information and analysis to facilitate decision-making for the Asia IWPB Business Head, Global IWPB Finance Team, and other stakeholders.
• Forecasting and Analysis: Support monthly forecasting process and analysis working closely with the markets
• Market Insight: Stay attuned to macroeconomic factors and market dynamics, interpreting their impact on performance and risk/return profiles.
• Process Improvement: Proactively review, challenge and enhance the accuracy of business forecasting, reporting, and processes, promoting digital initiatives.

To be successful you will need:

• Commercial Acumen: Experienced professional with a strong commercial and problem-solving mindset.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial data, balance sheet, margin analysis and revenues, with the capability to contextualize this information into business activities.
• Experience: At least broad understanding of International Wealth and Premier Banking business.
• Learning agility: Demonstrates strong learning agility and the ability to quickly adopt and apply emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning
• Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to partner effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with the ability to comprehend complex data and make high-quality, timely decisions.
• Adaptability: Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and swiftly adapt to changing requirements.
• Problem Resolution: Experience in resolving complex issues through leadership, influence, and negotiation.
