- Digital experience refinement (institutional client journeys): Lead continuous improvement of core Securities Services digital journeys such as servicing, enquiries, entitlements, reporting, instruction preparation and submission—setting experience standards for usability, consistency, accessibility, reliability and journey analytics.
- Digital onboarding and lifecycle servicing: Refine the end-to-end digital onboarding capabilities, including data capture, , document handling, approvals, and auditability; reduce exceptions and manual touchpoints through integration and automation.

- Ecosystem integration (service and case management / 360 view): Drive integration with CRM/case management tooling (e.g., Dynamics or equivalent) to enable consistent case workflows, tracking, and management information that informs prioritisation and platform improvements across Securities Services.
- Business-to-Technology translation: Translate Securities Services outcomes into epics/user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritised backlogs to enable Technology teams to deliver robust, resilient capabilities with appropriate non-functional requirements (performance, resilience, security, observability).
- Delivery governance & outcomes: Track and report progress against roadmap milestones and measurable outcomes (cycle time reduction, error-rate reduction, straight-through processing uplift where applicable, service responsiveness).
- Risk, controls & compliance: Ensure solutions align with internal policy requirements and external regulations impacting Securities Services; embed operational risk management, controls, audit trails, data governance and resilience into platform design and delivery.
- Cross-functional leadership: Influence and align senior stakeholders across Securities Services Product, Coverage/Client Management, Implementation, Operations, Technology, and Risk—driving pace, clarity and accountability.
What success looks like (indicative measures)
- PaaS adoption and reuse (internal consumption): Increased reuse of platform services/components across Securities Services initiatives; reduced duplicated builds; faster delivery lead times.
- Platform reliability and performance: Improved availability, latency, incident reduction, and change success rate with clear service metrics (e.g., SLOs).
- Onboarding outcomes: Reduced onboarding cycle time; improved first-time-right; fewer manual exceptions and rework; stronger auditability.
- Transaction Capture outcomes: Reduced manual instruction handling; lower error rates; improved control outcomes; increased straight-through processing where applicable.
- Service visibility: Centralised case/query management with improved response times and insight-led prioritisation of enhancements.
To be successful you will need:
- Significant experience leading digital platforms/channels at enterprise scale (web/mobile, APIs/integration patterns, identity/entitlements, servicing and transaction workflows).
- Strong Securities Services domain experience (e.g., custody, fund services, clearing, collateral, asset servicing, cash interfaces or adjacent institutional servicing), with a solid understanding of client operating models and instruction workflows.
- Demonstrable experience building or operating Platform-as-a-Service capabilities (service catalogue mindset, reusable services/components, standards/guardrails, SLO/SLA thinking, consumption metrics).
- Track record delivering complex cross-functional change across Product, Technology, Operations and Risk/Compliance in regulated environments.
- Experience delivering digital onboarding and/or transaction initiation/capture capabilities with embedded controls and audit requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leaders and global/regional teams.

- Leads through influence with clarity and pace; comfortable operating in a matrix global environment.
- Balances client experience, operational efficiency, and risk/control requirements.
- Builds inclusive collaboration across regions and functions, using diverse perspectives to improve decisions and outcomes.
