We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Head of Client Service Executive Team Leads - Private Banking. 

 

In this role you will:

  • As a People Manager, lead and supervise all CSE Team leads and their teams, providing coaching, nurturing, technical and soft skills support, included but not limited to change management and driving initiatives
  • Lead the new structure driving operational efficiency, ensure timely tracking and update to key stakeholders on changes and issue resolution.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency programs, facilitate Front Office enablement through lean processes that meet control frameworks
  • Act as subject matter expertise (SME) for front office on process and platform enhancements or remediation efforts, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory expectation.
  • Guide process owners on change journeys and required artefacts.
  • Perform regular quality reviews of the front office related internal procedures/materials to ensure all content remains current and aligned with latest operational standards
  • Validate process adoption and the effectiveness on the latest streamline process.
  • Ensure proper controls in place, tracking compliance for all client-service activities with internal processes and procedures, with focus on risk, control, CDD/KYC, and account operations
  • Maintains strong supervisory oversight and provides guidance for escalated operation issues especially on business processes, operational feedback/ challenges focusing on risk, control, CDD/KYC and account operation etc
  • Lead the CSE Team lead to design, review, and delivery of CSE training content; drive consistency in CSE onboarding experience and ongoing people development. Identify talents and oversee end-to-end CSE hiring process

 

To be successful you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Solid years of progressive private banking experience; must be licensed
  • Demonstrated customer service, communication, sales, analytical, organizational, and planning skills
  • Solid understanding of private banking industry practices, products, services, and controls
  • Credit skills, ideally with experience serving high net worth individuals or business banking clients
  • Proven people management, coaching, and leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office applications, and excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English
